She was born on April 1, 1925 in Lawrence Massachusetts and was the last of her siblings to pass. She was one of eight children.

Her parents were Eugene and Lydia (Marcheterre) Fluet. Pauline had two sisters, Stella Fluet, and Eugenie Courtemanche, and five brothers, Lionel, Robert, Gerard, Roland and Wilfrid. She had many nieces and nephews and was a Great Auntie to many of their children.

She will be dearly missed. Pauline was a sweet woman who was loved by everyone she met. She had many friends from New England to Florida.

Pauline had a very interesting life working in Boston, Washington DC and New York over the course of her career. She worked for John Kennedy when he was Senator and then President. Her White House years were the highlight of her career.

Later she was a part of Steve Smith’s staff that facilitated the creation of the JFK Library in Boston. Pauline was dedicated to her faith and served the Church throughout her life. Family, friends and others whose lives Pauline’s touched are invited to calling hours at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Route 111, Windham, New Hampshire prior to the service from 9:30 AM 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated in Pauline’s honor on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m at Saint Matthew’s Church, 2 Searles Road, Windham NH. Burial will be in St. Mary’s, Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence, MA. Donations may be made to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 22 Plymouth Street, Methuen, MA.
