Obituary for Pauline Vivian Young Pauline Vivian Young, age 91 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on July 1, 2018 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. She was born on September 6, 1926 in Royal Oak Township, Michigan to Paul and Elsie Elliott. Beloved Wife of the late Arnold “Buck” Young.

Dear Mother of the late David Young and survived by her son, Arnold (Janet) Young, and her daughters, Yvonne (the late Bill) Emlet and Sarah Young. Loving Grandmother of Shawn (Jessica) Young, Jeff (Joby) Young, Corrie Emlet and Caleb Emlet. Great Grandmother of Brianna, Evelyn, Bryce and Tala.

Pauline is survived by her sister, Lorry Thurman. She loved the color purple and country music. She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Hazel Park and was a seamstress.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 7th from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Private burial on Monday at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Michigan. Memorial donations may be made to Beaumont Hospice.
