Survivors include; his loving wife Mercedes Arroyo, and his sons, daughter, and beautiful grand children.

Pedro’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, December 21st, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. Willimantic, CT 06226. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may also be made via www. potterfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Care fund has been established to collect funds to assist the family in their time of need.
