Mrs. Peggy Jo Saylor Lamb, 61, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Tift Regional Medical Center. The family will hold a memorial gathering on Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. at the Poulan Community Center in Worth County. Mrs. Lamb was born January 4, 1957 in Worth County to the late Clyde Saylor and Melvina McElroy Saylor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Saylor Purvis and brother-in-law, Clayton Acosta. She was married to Richard Hugh Lamb for eighteen years. Mrs. Lamb was a homemaker and Mother.

She loved being a Mother and wife. She enjoyed working in her flowers in her yard, camping and fishing. Her son, Johnathan was her life.

He and his mom loved music. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Johnathan Luke Monroe of Sumner; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye and LaWayne Cone of Sumner, Norma and Michael Brown of Forsyth and Patsy Acosta of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, Terry Clyde Saylor and Rhonda of Sumner; several nieces and nephews. Albritton Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
