Peggy’s Obituary Peggy Joyce Orr, 86, of Lafayette passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018. Peg was born in March 1932, to the late Paul and Goldie Swing near Rensselaer. She graduated from Rensselaer High School in the Class of 1950.

Peg’s first marriage was to John J. Lintner. Peg married Donald Baugher and worked with him at Baugher Refrigeration Inc. until his death in 1983. She was married to Allen Orr for thirty years until his death November 15, 2018.

She is survived by her son, John J. (Jennifer) Lintner, Jr. of Lutz, Fl; grandson, Ryan Lintner of Columbus, OH; nephews, Jeffery (Carrie) Swing and Blair (Mi Sook) Swing; nieces, Lisa (Bret) Gengenbach and Amy Jo (Colleen) Swing. She is also survived by the family of Allen Orr; step-daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Cohn; step-daughter-in-law, Sakurako Orr; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Peg was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy Paul Lintner, who died in September 2001; brothers, Donald Swing and James “Jim” Swing; nephew, Bryan Swing; and step-son-in-law, Thomas Orr.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until time of service at 4:00 pm, Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Soller-Baker Funeral Home, Lafayette Chapel, 400 Twyckenham Blvd. , Lafayette. Private inurnment at Meadow View Cemetery.
