Peggy was born Wednesday, August 12, 1953 in Pikeville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Beacher Angel and Dessie Keener Angel. husband – James Walker 2 sons – Tony Smith and his wife Rebecca Ann James T. Smith and his wife Lyn 8 grandchildren – Taylor, Tyler, Jake, Michael, Ashlee, Logan, Sydni, and Alyssa many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends also survive.
