Mrs. Peggy Ruth Tech, age 79, of Boaz died on Monday, May 28, 2018 at Diversicare of Boaz. Mrs. Tech was born in Alabama on May 22, 1939 to Andrew Jackson & Julia Lunsford Eaves. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at St. Paul United Methodist Church.

Bro. Mark Parris & Bro. Mike Spivey officiating with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Mrs. Tech is survived by her Sons & Daughters-in-Law: William Alan “Bill” & Brenda Tech of Boaz, Timothy Michael & Kirsten Tech of North Carolina. Grandchildren: Jennifer & Biff Mathews, Jason & Erin Tech, Malakai Tech.

Great Grandchildren: Julia Kate Mathews, Anna Leigh Mathews, Elizabeth Josephine Tech. Sisters & Brother-in-Law: Alien Ritts of Tuscaloosa, Nancy & Marvin Carter of Mobile. Mrs. Tech was preceded in death by her Beloved Husband: William A. Tech.

Granddaughter: Addison Grace Tech. One brother & a host of sisters. Pallbearers will be: Jason Tech, Malakai Tech, Biff Mathews, Jeff Beck, Blake Farmer, Mike Garmany.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: The Joe Martin Fellowship Class. Family has requested In Lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church 125 College Ave. Boaz, Alabama 35957.
