Pennie Lynn (Burger) Bartsch passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Reading Pa at Fairlane Gardens. She was 56. She was born in Norristown on February 8, 1962 and was the daughter of T. Glenn and Diane (White) Burger.

Pennie was preceded in death by her beloved son David. She is survived by her daughter Samantha, her foster sons Bobby, A.J. and Matthew and her grandchildren Savannah, Destinee and Michael. Pennie truly lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family and spending time with her grandchildren.

She had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Pennie was also known for her kind heart and compassion for animals. She lived a life full of love and laughter which she will always be remembered by.

Family, friends and others whose lives Pennie touched are invited to attend her memorial service on Saturday, July 14 at 11 AM from the Christ United Church, 1001 W. Marshall St., Norristown. Friends may call from 10 to 11 AM before the service at the church. A luncheon will follow at the church after memorial service.
