Obituary for Penny L. Parr (McCall) Penny L. Parr, 73, of Cheyenne passed away January 10, 2019 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born November 14, 1945 in Rawlins, WY to Jesse and Katherine McCall. She married Dean Parr on August 8, 1971 in Elko, NV.

She had worked for the Town of Hanna, WY as a town clerk. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Dean Parr of Cheyenne; daughter, Rene (Gene) Kelley of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Michael, Marissa, Sadalynn, Jessie, and Suzanna; great-grandchildren, Zayvier and Raelynn; siblings, Donald (Shirley) Chavenu of Kearney, NE, Lee (Donna) McCall of Flat Rock, NC, Marilyn Manning and Sharon Johnson both of Casper.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Barbara Maston. In Lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church Building Fund in Memory of Penny Parr. Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 p.m. followed by the Vigil for the Deceased at 7:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
