East Palestine- Perry Howell, age 71, of East Palestine, died on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Beaver Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Beaver Falls, PA. He was born on December 30, 1946 in West Virginia, a son of the late Arnell and Betty Cutlip Howell. Perry worked as a self employed truckdriver for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy McGinness Howell, whom he married on June 17, 1969; two daughters, Amy Ward of East Palestine and Toni Norman of Niles; two sisters, Shirley Johnson of Glendale, WV and Jean Howell of Elm Grove, WV; two brothers, Forest Howell of Negley and Douglas Howell of St. Clairsville, OH. Also surviving are five grandsons. Perry was preceded in death by a son, Steven Howell and a brother, Larry Howell.

Per his wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine. Family and friends may view this obituary and send condolences at www.
