Perry Charles Couch, 62, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, at The Bluffs Nursing Home in Columbia, Missouri. He was born November 30, 1955, in Gate, Oklahoma, the son of the late William John and Evelyn Jeanette (Maphet) Couch. Perry served in the United States Air Force from 1975-1978.

Perry worked as a material handler for warehouse and shipping companies and worked for 20 years for the Missouri Department of Motor Vehicle taking photographs for driver licenses. Survivors include seven siblings, Diane Riley, Jefferson City; Debrah (David) Albrecht, Eustis, FL; Larry (Linda) Couch, Oregon City, OR; Karry Couch, Cleveland, OH; Janine Albrecht, Palm Coast, FL; Bill (Tina) Couch, Clark, MO; Becky (David) Turner, Columbia, MO; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews. No services will be held per the wishes of the deceased.

Burial will be in Gate, Oklahoma, at a later date. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Those wishing to send condolences to the family may do so at the www.
