OBITUARY Pete E. Travis July 29, 1930 – July 18, 2018 Pete E. Travis, 87, of Mechanicsburg, PA, reposed Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in Louisville, KY after courageously and gracefully battling Alzheimer’s Disease. Pete was born July 29, 1930 in Huntington, WV; he was the son of the late Emmanul and Maria Travis; he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Senos Travis, three weeks earlier. Pete is survived by his sister, Alice Collis (Gus), of Louisville, KY; son, Jimmy Senos (Helen), of Mechanicsburg, PA; daughter, Matina Nalley (Sam), of Sarasota, FL; 7 grandchildren: Nick, Matthew, Sophia, Mary, John, Toni and Gus; 3 nieces, Cheri Collis White (Jim), Marilyn Collis ton (Jeff), and Mary Grabowski (Ed); nephew, Nick Coutsos (Ilia); brother-in law, Peter Coutsos (Theodora); and sister-in-law, Chrystina Demopoulos.

Pete was a retired Vocational Rehabilitation social worker in Washington D.C. He was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Camp Hill, PA and a longtime member of Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Washington DC, and a member of the AHEPA Organization. Pete was faithful, loving, giving, a friend to all, and he will be missed dearly.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1000 Yverdon Dr., Camp Hill, PA. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery. A viewing will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St., Camp Hill, a Trisiagon Service will be at 7:00 PM and also 10:00 AM Tuesday until the time of the service at the Cathedral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pete’s name to the Icon Restoration Project, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1000 Yverdon Dr., Camp Hill, PA 17011.
