Philip H. Carasella 64 of Jeannette died Thursday January 17, 2019 in Twin Lakes Rehab. He was born October 1, 1954 in Jeannette a son of the late Philip A. and Eloise (Weigold) Carasella. He owned and operated Carasella Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Jeannette.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette and sponsored PTAA Baseball Teams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Michael Carasella and a niece Dana Lee Bortz. He is survived by his companion in life for 30 years Pat Grabowski, step sons Marty Grabowski and his wife Susan of Harrison City, Michael Grabowski and his wife Erin of Harrison City and Brian Grabowski and his wife Aimee of Branson MO, grandchildren Caleb, Alex, Rachael, Ryan John, Zach Man, Brandon, Ben Ben, Kyle and Abby, a brother Kenneth Carasella of Jeannette, a sister Traci McDonald and her husband Bill Walters of Jeannette, numerous nieces and nephews and special friends at Sunoco, Robertson’s and Jeff Irwin.

Friends will be received Sunday from 3-7 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette. Funeral services will be held Monday at noon in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the funeral home.
