Phillip E. “Ed” Inman, 70 of Washington passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 3, 1948 in Avella to Phillip and Evelyn Campbell Inman who preceded him in death. On June 6, 1981 he married Lori Kubacki who survives.

Mr. Inman was a veteran having served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed by KTA Kator as a CWI Inspector for many years until his retirement. “Ed” as he was known to his friends and family was a great guy.

He was a huge Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoyed following the Steelers and the Penguins. He also enjoyed playing golf in his free time. He was an excellent teacher to his sons and taught them many valuable life skills along the way.

He particularly enjoyed attending block parties with all of his neighbors throughout the years and had many wonderful memories of their times together. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons Ryan C. Inman of Washington and Jonathan W. Inman (Jessica) of Canonsburg, his mother and father-in law William J. and Leona J. Kubacki of Houston, his sister-in-law Lisa M. Zofchak (David) of Houston, his two granddaughters Cheyenne and Chloe and several nieces. He leaves behind his beloved and faithful dog, Nick.

He was also preceded in death by his sister Joyce Inman. Friends are welcome from 2-8 pm on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, LFD, owner/supervisor and Darla A. Tripoli, LFD, Certified Celebrant, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg where funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, December 14, 2018. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2900 Washington Road, McMurray where full military rites will be accorded by VFW Post 191 Canonsburg and the United States Navy Honor Guard.
