Phillip Otis Lewis of Bridgeton, MO passed away on May 21, 2019 at the age of 79 years, 4 months, 1 day. He was born January 20, 1940 in St. Louis, MO a son of the late Otis and Mayme (Pratt) Lewis. Phillip is survived by three children; Kathy, Michael, and Billy, one brother Larry Lewis, and one sister Marilyn Lombardi of Wentzville, MO; four grandchildren, Amanda, Nichole, Zach, Ashley, several great grandchildren, and many other loving family and friends.

Funeral services for Phillip will be held on May 24, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Cole Family Chapel. Visitation will begin May 24, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Arcadia Valley Memorial Park.
