He was born to Parents, JoAnn and Arnold Fain in November of 1951. Phillip had a love for music, especially rock. He had a good sense of humor and was always one to share funny stories.

His wife of 19 years, Kathy; his sister, and numerous other relatives and friends survive him. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend will be dearly missed.
