Obituary for Phyllis I. Howlett Phyllis I. Howlett, age 90, of Oconomowoc, WI, passed away at AngelsGrace Hospice on Thursday, June 07, 2018. Phyllis is survived by her children Carol (John) Foss, John (Judy) Howlett, Jim (Ruth) Howlett, Darlene (Jack) Flesher, JoAnn Shuckhart and Karren (Terry) Andreasen; her 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many more nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband James Howlett of 47 years; her son Robert Howlett; step-daughter Patricia Flint and her siblings Agnes Hocket, Bernice Billings and Leroy Pettis.

Services are yet to be decided. Donations in Phyllis’ name would be appreciated to AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at AngelsGrace Hospice for the loving care shown to Phyllis.
