Ms. Phyllis Laurel Reecer age 67 of Celina, TN passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN in the company of her loving family. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Jason Dodson officiating and interment to follow in the Moore Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Ms. Phyllis is survived by her mother, Nina Mae (McLerran) Reecer of Celina, TN; 1 sister, Tammie Melton of Moss, TN; 1 niece, Erica Adams and husband Matt of Moss, TN; 1 nephew, Nick Melton and wife Muriel of Moss, TN; 8 great-nieces and nephews, Hayden, Reece and Easton Adams, Camron Tucker, Warner, Nixon, McKenna and Mia Melton; double- first cousin, Marjorie Boone and husband Donald; special caretaker, Diane Willis; as well as many other family and friends who also mourn her passing.
