On November 2, 2018 Phyllis Maxine “Mac” Cook (nee Wilson) devoted wife of the late Donald Isaiah Cook; beloved mother of Donald P. Cook of Jacksonville, FLA , Nancy Edmondson and her husband Paul of Meadville, PA and the late Alvin V. Cook and his wife Lois of Es, MD. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Chic Wilson, Duke Wilson and Elsie O’Connell.

Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Es, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday at 1 pm. Visiting hours will be held from 11 am – 1 pm.

Interment at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,contributions may be made in her honor to: Wesbury United Mothodist Retirement Community, 31 Park Ave.
