She was 69 years old. Priscilla was born September 8, 1949 in Waukegan, Illinois to the late Bertha Mae (O’Bryant) Kelly and R.T. Banks Sr

She moved to North Chicago, IL where she attended Heavenly Places Tabernacle of Prayer and served under the leadership of Rev Jimmie J. Williams. She leaves to cherish her memory her three children, son, Robert (Shereen) Banks of Elk Grove Village, IL; 2 daughters, Cotessa Banks of Kenosha, WI; Adrianne Gilbert-Pearson (Derrick) of Tampa, FL; 8 grandchildren, Sharrendra (Marcus, Sr.), Jordan, Dezmond, Andrew, Courtney, Chardonnaye, D’Avionne, and T’Jaiya, Derrick Jr; 2 great grandchildren, Jaidyn and Marcus, Jr; siblings: Larry Banks of North Chicago, IL Arnella (Earnest) Jones of Gurnee, IL; Marian Jones of Waukegan IL; Hayward (Graciela) of Waukegan, IL; Magalene Kelly of Waukegan IL; Ronnie Banks of Racine WI; Donnie (Alice) Banks of Waukegan IL; Terri Scott of Kenosha, WI; Michael (Brenda) Banks of Kenosha, WI; long time sister/friend, Velma Jones of North Chicago, IL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Flora Mayfield (O’Bryant); mother, Bertha Mae Kelly; father, R.T. Banks Sr; step father, Clayton H. Kelly; brother, R.T. Banks Jr; and many loving uncles and aunts.

A Celebration of Her Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Bradshaw and Range Funeral Home, 2513 W. Dugdale Road, Waukegan IL 60085.
