Homer Emmett Dennis, Jr., 70, of Zanesville, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018. Homer was born September 7, 1948, to the late Homer and Faylene Dennis, Sr. Homer leaves behind, his wife, Beryl Lynn Dennis; two children, Carrie McNutt and Jimmy (Jessica) Dennis; three step-children, Marion (Tim) Luby, Damea (Melissa) Alexander, and Chad (Liz) Darby; two grandchildren, Asher McNutt and Amber McNutt; special pet, Nellie; and many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Per Homer’s wishes, cremation has been chosen.

A memorial service in Homer’s honor will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 11 a.m., at The First Baptist Church, 80 E Main St., in South Zanesville. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
