Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Phillips Chapel Holy Church of Christ with burial in adjoining cemetery. Rev.

Everett Pruden and Rev. Thomas Reeves will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 5:00 till 7:00 PM at Bell Funeral Home Chapel.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Rayford Needham; parents, Isaac and Millie Phillips; brothers, Lawrence Phillips and Luther Phillips; and sister, Lucille Tanner. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Perkins, and her husband, Ray; sons, Jeff Needham, and his wife, Bobbie, and Kevin Needham, and his wife, Anita; sister, Lessie Louise Kilgo; brother, Oather Phillips; grandsons, Matthew Needham and Chris Brakefield; granddaughter, Kristi Needham; step-grandchildren, Ian Masser and Mike Masser; great-grandchildren, Camden Brakefield, Kendal Brakefield, Kelsey Brakfield, and Madyson Needham.
