Obituary for Rachel White Wilhelm Print CONCORD- Mrs. Rachel White Wilhelm, age 101, of Locke Mill Plaza, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Brian Center of Concord. A graveside service will be 3 PM Saturday at Carolina Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Jim Collier.

The family will receive friends at Wilkinson beginning at 2 PM Saturday. Rachel was born September 6, 1917 in Concord to the late Michael Gilbert White and Jennie Talbert White. She was preceded in death by her husband George Stanton Wilhelm, her son Donald M. Wilhelm, and her sister, Ruth W. Blackwelder.

Rachel worked for Randolph Mill, and later retired from Cannon Mills. She was “an incredible lady who lived a long and beautiful life”. Rachel is survived by sons, G. Stanton “Stan” Wilhelm, Jr. and wife Judy, and James “Jim” M. Wilhelm and wife Sandra; daughter-in-law, Jan S. Wilhelm; and seven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
