Obituary for Ralph Arbon Sullivan Ralph Arbon Sullivan of Gentry, Arkansas, passed away May 27, 2018, at the age of 89. Born September 16, 1928 in Rocky Comfort, Missouri, he was one of ten children born to Orville Sullivan and Lula (Gailey) Sullivan. Ralph graduated from Gentry High School and enlisted in the Army.

He was a Veteran of the Korean War and Vietnam War. Ralph married Barbara Regner on August 24, 1958 in Ramstein, Germany. During his military career, he served in the United States Army, the United States Air Force, and the United States Navy, retiring after serving with the Seabees.

He returned to his hometown of Gentry, Arkansas, in 1974, and had lived there until his passing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara; his parents; two brothers, Oral Sullivan, and Hollis Sullivan; and his sister, Helen Jech. He is survived by his son, Charles Sullivan and wife Quilla of Nixa, Missouri; his daughter, Lorraine Blankenship of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; Carrine Amos and husband Stacey of Decatur, Arkansas, Todd Sullivan and wife Lauren of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Jamie Blankenship, Randall Blankenship, and Joseph Blankenship all of Tulsa; 5 great grandchildren, Calob Mead and wife Pantara of Decatur, Hailey Mead of Springdale, Arkansas, Xander Sullivan and Ava Sullivan of Pea Ridge, and Jaliyah Cavitt of Tulsa; three brothers, Erskel Sullivan of Denair, California, Dale Sullivan of Gentry, and Larry Sullivan of Panama; three sisters, Dorothy Trimm of Turlock, California, Ruby Jones of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Wilma Shelley of Bentonville, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 1, 2018 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Highfill Cemetery, Highfill, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
