Ralph “Kevin” Joice, 63, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, February 3, 2019 at his home. He was born October 4, 1955 in Muskogee to Leftridge and Madelyn (Clapper) Joice. Kevin was raised in Muskogee by his grandmother, Connie Clapper.

He attended Irving Elementary, Alice Robertson Jr High, and graduated from Muskogee High School. He furthered his education at Connors State College and Northeastern State University where he graduated with a double major in Mass Communications and Criminal Justice. Kevin married his best friend, Twila Janice Hart, on May 8, 1982 in Muskogee.

They shared more than 36 years of life and marriage together. He worked as an accounts manager for Remco Rentals until his health began to decline. Kevin was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Connie Clapper; parents, Leftridge and Madelyn Joice; brother, Rick Joice; mother-in-law, Theresa Timmons; and brothers-in-law, Dubby Hart and Jerry West. Kevin is survived by his wife, Twila, of the home; sisters-in-law, Gayla Hart and Cherry West Thompson; brother-in-law, Bruce Thompson; father-in-law, William Dub Hart; nieces, Andrea Joice, Mandi Harris and husband Shawn and their children, Candace Bowden and husband Aaron and their children, Melody Hart and her children, Jennifer Stamile and husband, Jessica Burma and husband, and Jacki Johnson and husband; nephews, Jonathan Hinton, John Gibson and wife Michelle and their daughter Mallisa, and William Hart IV; great niece, Lillian Joice; great-great niece, Maddy Lynn Joice; along with other family members and friends. Memorial services will be planned at a later date.
