Obituary for Ralph Samuel Sanders Jr. Ralph Samuel Sanders Jr., 94, of Spartanburg, SC, died August 31, 2018, at Richard M. Campbell Veteran’s Nursing Home in Anderson, SC. Born December 13, 1923 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Ralph S. Sanders and Eleanor Bulman Sanders and widower of Doris Rodgers Sanders. A U. S. Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Sanders, worked for Spartan Mills in the maintenance department with 54 years of service.

He was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his niece, Monty Moore and her husband, Monte of Spartanburg, SC and niece, Judy McGaha and her husband, Jimmy of Easley, SC. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a son, Ralph Samuel Sanders III and sister, Elizabeth Solesbee.
