Ramiro’s Obituary Ramiro Anaya passed away on December 14, 2018 at the age of 94. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all whom loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Julia Anaya; brothers, Gilberto Anaya, Alejandro Anaya, and Manuel Anaya; and sister, Consuelo Anaya. Ramiro is survived by his wife, Evangelina Anaya; daughter, Aurora Reyna (Daniel); son, Samuel Anaya (Teresa), Sr.; sister, Dora Anaya; brother, Severiano Villarreal; grandchildren, Joann Garcia (Danny), Samuel Anaya, Jr. (Stephanie), Oscar Ruiz, Jr. (Deyanira), Jessica Culbertson (Nicholas), Adam R. Ruiz (Angie), and Gabrielle Ruiz; 17 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Serving as Pallbearers, Oscar Ruiz, Jr., Samuel Anaya, Jr., Adam Ruiz, Nicholas Culbertson, Danny Garcia, Daniel Reyna, Jared Medina, Esai Ruiz, and Mathew Culbertson The family will receive condolences Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Treviño Funeral Home, 120 E. Front St. in Alice, TX; where a Holy Rosary to be recited at 1:00 PM.

A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 1:30 PM to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM. Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at Alice Cemetery.
