Ramiro Salas, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 here in Del Rio. He was born on March 4, 1952. Preceding him in death was his father, Epifanio Salas White.

Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife Maria de la Luz W. Salas; children: Maria de la Luz Salas, Griselda Salas, Ramiro Salas Jr. and wife Martha, and Guadalupe Salas; mother, Guadalupe Venegas Salas; siblings: Homero Salas, Eloy Salas, Valdemar Salas, Epifanio Salas, Delma Salas, Dalia Salas, Guadalupe Salas, Alicia Salas, Saricela Salas, and Dora Ofelia Salas; grandchildren: Manuel Salas, Daisy Salas, Karen Gaucin, and Luis Gaucin; Ramiro is also survived by many nephews, nieces and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Trinity Chapel of Devotion. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (time pending).
