Ramon was born to Ciriaco and Cirila in the Philippines and was survived by his mother; his wife, Concha; his stepson, Mat Cabus; and his daughters; Monica, Angelica, and Chelsea. A visitation and service is scheduled for 5:15pm-8:30pm on Monday April 1, 2019 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary Chapel, a Funeral mass for 9:45am on Tuesday April 2, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Church Kalihi (visitation 9am) and the burial for 12:00pm on Tuesday April 2, 2019 at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
