He was born in Logan County, Kentucky on December 11, 1950 to the late Kige Allen Coffman and Thelma Lee (Elamon) Coffman Nash. He was a member of Kedron Church of Christ, a United States Navy Vietnam Veteran, and retired from TVA where he was a foreman.

Randall was a life member of the American Legion where he served as Kentucky State Commander from 1995 to 1996, a life member of the VFW and served as Commander, a Past National Executive Committee member and a member of the Bowling Green Bowling Association. He is survived by his: Wife of 36 years Ann Smith Coffman, sons Randy Allen Coffman and Andy Woodall (Laura) both of Russellville, a daughter Carrie Ann Cassetty of Russellville, two sisters Rhonda Ramsey of Russellville and Jackie Moore (Harlon) of Clarksville, Texas, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Memorial services for Randall Coffman will be conducted Friday, May 10, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro.

Rodney Skipworth, Randy Fisher, David Baker and Bill Moore officiating. Visitation will begin Friday from 3:30 P.M. until service time at 7:00 P.M. and Military Honors to follow at the funeral home. The family ask that donations be made to the Best Friends Animal Rescue.
