Ranger’s Obituary Ranger H. Kimm, Reeds Spring, MO, son of Jacob and Bonnie (Dykstra) Kimm, was born December 5, 1948 in Los Angeles, CA and departed this life on May 26, 2019 at the age of 70. Ranger had been a resident of the area for twenty-seven years, moving here from Mira Loma, CA. He was a dairy farmer in California, then moved to the Ozarks.

He was a member of the Kimberling City American Legion; he was of the Christian faith; and Ranger served his country proudly in the United States Army. Ranger loved his family and enjoyed sitting on his deck watching the wildlife. He will always be remembered for his handle-bar mustache!

Ranger was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include: his mother, Bonnie Kimm of Canyon Lake, CA; former wife, Judy Kimm of Blue Eye, MO; son, Ranger Kimm and wife, Erica of Springfield, MO; three daughters, Kimberly Kimm of Youngsville, LA, Jennifer Gasper and husband, Sean of Reeds Spring, MO and Kristal Crews and husband, Randy of Willard, MO; two brothers, Jacob Kimm and wife, Jeanette of Tulare, CA and Buddy Kimm of Wildomar, CA; three sisters, Irene Hammons and husband, John of Leona Valley, CA, Marie O’Dell and husband, Roger of Canyon Lake, CA and Kimberly Restad and husband, Bruce of Wildomar, CA; ten grandchildren, Ranger Kimm, Ella Kimm, Ireland Ashbaugh, Indei Ashbaugh, Eden Ashbaugh, Adam Gasper, Lydia Gasper, Shylee Gasper, Kailie Crews and Kannon Crews and a host of other family and friends. Graveside service with military honors will be Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. with Sean Gasper officiating at Pinecrest Cemetery Kimberling City, MO.

Because of Ranger’s love for nature the family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to: Missouri Department of Conservation P.O. Box 180 Jefferson City, MO 65102. Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
