Raul Charo Gomez, Jr. age 71, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away March 27, 2019 He was born April 8, 1947, in Tecumseh, MI, the son of Paul Sr. & Maria (Charo) Gomez. Raul served his country in the U.S. Army. He was retired from GM Powertrain in Toledo, OH.

He is survived by his wife Beatrice Gomez, his children, Lisa (Jesus) Baez, Antonio (Mary) Gomez, Adan (Leah) Gomez and Lucette Harvey, twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three sisters, Yolanda Gomez, Esther Williams and Patricia Flores and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Johnny Gomez and one sister, Elvia Sanchez. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM Monday April 1, 2019, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Adrian, MI, with Fr.

Michael Newman presiding. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh, MI with Military Honors performed by the Tecumseh American Legion Post #34 and Tecumseh VFW Post #4187 Honor Guard. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 31, 2019, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
