OBITUARY Mr. Ray Martin III December 8, 1977 – October 2, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Ray was born on December 8, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to parents Marlin Ray Martin Jr. and Linda Darlene Williams Martin and entered into eternal rest on October 2, 2018 at the age of 40. Ray was known to his family and friends as “Bubba” or “Little Ray”. He graduated from North Mesquite High School.

Ray married the love of his life, Sarah, on December 19, 1998 in Dallas at the Dallas Gospel Chapel. He was the third generation to own a small business, M & M Upholstery. Learning his trade from his father, mastering his skill and serving the Dallas design community including; Jerry Jones, Charlie Pride and Stella McCartney.

He was a very loving, giving and humble man. Ray was a hard worker and had many great talents. He loved being outdoors; hunting and fishing.

Ray enjoyed ranching, working cows and horses, but above all he loved his family. Ray was a Master Mason and member of RC Buckner #1176 in Dallas, Texas. He was a member of Dallas Gospel Chapel and Tres Dias, spiritual enrichment.

Ray was an amazing and loving husband, father, son and brother. He will be missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him. Ray was preceded in death by his grandparents Marlin Ray Martin Sr. and JoAnn Martin and grandfather Joseph E. Williams.

He is survived by his loving wife Sarah Martin of Mabank, son Ray Martin IV of Mabank, son Cole Martin of Mabank, daughter Grace Martin of Mabank, parents Marlin Ray and Linda Martin Jr. of Mabank, sister Amy Fullington and husband Bruce of Crandall, sister Teela Mullis and husband Josh of Denton, sister Janice Robison and husband James of Tyler, brother David Martin of Mabank, sister Anna Lengler and husband Lance of Oklahoma City, brother Kenny “Scooter” Martin of Mabank, brother Michael Martin of Mabank, sister Autumn Martin of Mabank, grandmother Ammie Ellen Williams of Dallas, numerous nieces and nephews whom he adored, as well as a host of friends from all walks of life.
