Mr. Ray Melvin Winebarger, 64, of Hays, passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018. Ray was born on January 6, 1954 in Wilkes County to the late Guy William Winebarger and Lucy Hurbert Parsons Winebarger. Ray is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Solie, Allen, Homer, Ralph Winebarger and great grandchild, Zoe Wyatt.

Ray is survived by: his wife, Edith Ola Mae Winebarger; daughter, Julie Winebarger Wyatt (Jeremy) of Hays; sons, Daniel Winebarger (Ronda) of North Wilkesboro, Douglas Winebarger (Melissa) of Hays; sister, Wanda Bare of Millers Creek; brothers, William Winebarger of Wilkesboro, Raymond Winebarger of Lenoir, Herman Winebarger of Millers Creek; 11 grandchildren, Emily, Ashlyn, Brianna, Haven , Adam Winebarger, Trina and Chris Moss, Isabella Wyatt, Chris Golds, Mark Milam, Tyler Young, and 2 great grandchildren, Leah and Jase Cannon. The funeral service will be held at Noon on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Moravian Falls. Pastor Mark Hall will be officiating.

Visitation will be held at 11:00-11:45 Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to: www.
