Raymond Kiser, of the Town of Royalton, entered into the healing hands of our Heavenly Father on Monday, December 24, 2018, in Northgate Health Care Facility. He was born in Lockport, NY, on August 3, 1937, a son of the late Earl R. and Edna L. (Pritchard) Kiser. Mr. Kiser graduated from Lockport Senior High School and Buffalo State Teachers College.

He was a special education teacher at Charles A. Upson Elementary for over 30 years before retiring. He was a member of the Retired Teachers Association and enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and going to the movies. Mr Kiser was an active member of the Clinton Street UMC for more than 70 years, serving in many capacities; most recently as Treasurer and Trustee Chair.

Ray was known for his dedication, generosity and for his “Servant’s Heart”. Mr. Kiser is survived by many nieces, nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Earl (Rosemary) and Harold Kiser, Pearl (Arnold) Goerss, Elizabeth (Nelson) Winters, Emily “Jean” (Robert) Smith and Nora (George) Fellabick.

Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Services on Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Clinton Street United Methodist Church, 50 North Adams Street, Lockport, NY, with the Rev. Holly A. Coty officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.

Memorials may be made in his name to the Church. Interment in Huskey Cemetery, Town of Royalton.
