Raymond L. Smith, 75 of Union Beach, passed away, Monday, November 19, 2018 at home. He was a truck driver for Mahons Trucking, Newark, Yellow Freight and White Rose Trucking. Raymond was a member of the Teamsters Local 641, was an avid fisherman, loved going to the Poconos, enjoyed fixing things, but most of all loved his family.

Raymond is pre deceased by his adored wife Joanne and his parents, William and Anna Smith and his sisters Pat Magala, Mildred Smith, and Laura Smith. He is survived by his loving children; Kelly Ann Smith of Port Monmouth, Wendy Ann Smith Gismondi and her husband Adam of Matawan, Marlene Haveron of Shrewsbury Twp. , Thomas Haveron and his wife Annabel of Warren, NJ, His best friend Tyson and his cherished fiance, Barbara Colton of Union Beach and her children, Kevin Colton and his wife Jenny, Keith Colton and his wife Krystal, Kelli D’Alessandro and her husband Eric, adored grandchildren; Aidan Haveron and Joanna Gismondi.

He also leaves behind four step grand children; Andrew, Katie, Hudson and Farryn Colton. He will be missed by all that knew him. Relatives and friends are invited Monday, November 26, 2018 from 4-8 pm at the funeral home and Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 9am.

A funeral mass will follow at St. Josephs RCC, Keyport at 10am. Interment will take place at St. Josephs Cemetery.
