Rebecca Mariea Smit, 45, mother, sister, aunt, niece, and dear friend to all, passed away and was received into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on February 18, 2019. Rebecca was born to the late Jacquelyn and Linton Dale Livingston on June 22, 1973, in Portsmouth, Virginia. She was born into a large family.

She was the second of ten children and the oldest girl. Rebecca was also a graduate of West High School, class of 1991. She was a hard worker by all that knew her and she loved everyone that worked with her at Discover.

She loved to help and inspire others around her. She was the friend you knew you could count on. She was an amazing cook, enjoyed painting, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with family.

And although will all miss her smile, her laughter, her personality, and her presence, she will continue to live on in our hearts. She is survived and deeply loved and missed by her children Carolyn Jimenez, Jeffrey Wyatt Smit, Elizabeth Smit, and Whitney Graham. Rebecca will also be fondly remembered by her precious grandchildren Alexa and Adalyn Jimenez, and by her brothers, Michael and Timothy Livingston sisters, Jhonette Garcia, Melody Ryan, Elizabeth Livingston, Marsha Livingston, and Janice Livingston.

She was preceded in death by her mother Jacquelyn Livingston, father Linton Dale Livingston, brother Alexander Livingston, and sister Barbara Livingston. The viewing will be held at 10:00 AM, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 550 E 900 N, Ogden, UT 84404. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 AM.
