Rebecca Eva (Barron) Smith, 86, formerly from North Wales died December 23, 2018. Rebecca was born on November 28, 1932 in Tamaqua, PA to the late William and Eva (Gerber) Barron. In her younger years she was a Lab Tech with Philco Ford and AEL.

She enjoyed card games, gardening, doing crafts and spending time with her granddaughters and great granddaughters. Survived by her daughters; Sandra Paulson (Nick) of North Wales and Joni Alaman (Paul) of Hamilton, MT. , her granddaughters; Sherri (Paulson) Atkinson (Peter) and Leslie (Paulson) Hindman ( Pat) , her great granddaughters; Sophia, Eva and Lana Atkinson and her sister Marie Skymba of Hinesville, GA.

She was preceded in death by her son Kent Smith and her brothers Joseph and Robert Barron. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 AM at the William R. May Funeral Home 142 N. Main St. North Wales, PA 19454. Interment Private.
