This obituary is being posted as a courtesy to the Bradshaw family. The staff of MRC funeral home expresses their sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of this dear man of God. Funeral services for Rev.

Edward Middleton “Milton” Bradshaw, 69, will be held at 3 o’clock on Saturday, September 29th, 2018, at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. His son, Richie Bradshaw, will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, September 28th, 2018, at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Harris Creek Baptist Church, PO Box 306, Society Hill, SC 29593 Rev. Bradshaw went to be with the Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 25th, 2018.

Born in Hartsville, SC, he was a son of the late Joseph Benjamin and Martha Ingram Bradshaw. He was the Pastor of Harris Creek Baptist Church for the last 15 years and also the Pastor of Plainview Cowboy Church. Milton retired from Ina Bearing after 26 years of service.

He served in the United States Air Force. He loved his grandchildren immensely and had a profound love for his horses and fishing. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Gene Turner for his love and support during Milton’s illness.

Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Linda Warren Bradshaw of Patrick, SC; sons, James Bryan (Trilise) Bradshaw of McBee, SC; Richie Bradshaw of Patrick, SC; brothers, Eric (Jolynn) Bradshaw of Greenville, SC, Darrell (Sherrie) Bradshaw of Effingham, SC; sisters, Kay Bradshaw of Darlington, SC, Faye (Jerry) Donahue of Ruby, SC, Sue (Buck) Shoemake of Elizabethton, TN; grandchildren, Zachary (Melissa) Bradshaw of Hartsville, SC, Kasey (Brianna) Bradshaw of Nashville, TN, Bryanna Bradshaw of Greenwood, SC, Jordan Evelyn of Hartsville, SC, Matthew Coby (Sydney) Morgan of Hartsville, SC, James Gavin Gainey of Hartsville, SC, Jasmine Kelly of McBee, SC; great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Aiden, Nora Emily, and Jason. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Denise Bradshaw and his brother, William Carroll Bradshaw.
