Obituary for Rhoda Kushner Kandel On Friday, November 2, 2018 of Chevy Chase, MD. Fiercely loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister (and Sister-in-Law), Aunt and Friend. Her beauty, warmth, and charm drew people to her, and her humor surprised and delighted them.

Survived by her daughters, Karan (Richard Dreisen) Kandel, Susan (Joe DeBassio) Kandel, and her brother Dr. Herbert (Arlene) Kushner and 4 great-grandsons. Predeceased in death by her beloved husband, Arnold. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. at King David Memorial Gardens, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
