Obituary Richard A. Slaybaugh, age 91 of Biglerville, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at his home, with his family by his side. He was born Tuesday, October 18, 1927 in Franklin Twp. , the son of the late Glenn A. and Hattie (Bushey) Slaybaugh.

Richard graduated from Arendtsville Vocational High School in 1945. He along with his wife Jean, owned and operated their family farm. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Arendtsville.
