Obituary for Richard A Spencer Richard A. Spencer, of North Tonawanda, age 58, passed away Friday July 13, 2018 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport. Born in North Tonawanda, January 24, 1960, son of the late Floyd and Mary (nee Lynn) Spencer. Mr. Spencer was a forgeman for over 30 years at Alray Tool and Die, his hobbies included going to the casino and when he was younger he enjoyed working with cars.

He will was a man who loved to spend time with his family. Husband of the late Roberta L. Spencer who passed away in 2013. Devoted father of April ( Todd) Bauer and Tammy (Brannon) Kin; loving grandfather of Makayla, Jamie, Jordan and Cole; brother of Roger Spencer, Darlene Spencer, Raymond (Jenny) Spencer, late Floyd, late Clyde (Cheryl) and late Randy Spencer.

Visitation will be on Monday July 16, 2018 in the WATTENGEL FUNERAL HOME, 307 Oliver Street in North Tonawanda, Funeral Services will follow at 7 PM.
