Richard’s Obituary Richard Alexander Forbes age 94, of Minnetonka, MN passed away May 19, 2019. Preceded in death by parents Al and Marie, infant son Brian; granddaughter Kelley Inman and sisters Adelaide Rood and Virginia Wallen Fisher. Survived by wife Ethel of 72 years, daughter Carolin (Gautama Herrmann) and sons Rick (Mary) and Allen (Lisa), grandchildren Emily (Kevin) Piekutowski, Mike (Amy) Forbes, Kris (Tim) Lund, great-grandchildren Elsie and Lilah Forbes; Gavin, Dylan, Brandon Lund, niece Ulla Josephsen of Denmark and many family and friends.

He loved his family, fishing, gardening, wood carving, and the great outdoors and worked at Minnegasco. He was the best husband, dad, grandpa, and friend and will be greatly missed. Celebration of Life on Thursday, May 23 from 1-3 with prayers and memory sharing 2:30 pm at Gearty-Delmore, 15800 37 Av N, Plymouth MN, 763-553-1411.
