Mr. Kinlock is survived by his children: Mr. Richard Kinlock (Annette) and Mrs. Kim Gillard (William); step-father, Mr. Jasper Clark; siblings: Mr. Robert Clark, Mr. Jasper Clark, Jr., Mr. Francis Davis, and Mr. Allen Clark.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Alice Kinlock and former wife, Mrs. Hattie Eunice Kinlock Lewis. Mr. Kinlock was 78 years old and the Owner of Richard Plaza in the Snowden Community of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
