Richard C. “Dick” Mueller, age 78 of Waterford, WI and formerly of Twin Lakes, WI, died Thursday evening October 25, 2018 at the Aurora Medical Center-Burlington. Richard Charles Mueller was born on November 29, 1939 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Joseph J. and Lilly Lyford Mueller. He graduated from Wilmot High School.

On August 22, 1961 in Chicago, IL, Richard was united in marriage to Bonnie B. Becker. Richard moved to Twin Lakes many years ago and to Waterford 3 years ago. Richard served in the U.S. Air Force from Oct.

20, 1960 until discharge on Oct. 19, 1964. While in the service, he traveled to England, Libya and Washington State.

Richard formerly worked selling real estate for Mueller Realty, as a salesman for Snap on Tools and a driver for Yellow Freight. He also was self-employed installing fireplaces. Richard attended St. John’s Catholic Church in Twin Lakes.

He was a member and EMT for the Twin Lakes Lakes Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad from 1970 to 1993. He was a member of the Twin Runners Snowmobile Club and Teamsters Local #200.

He was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan and a proud owner of Packer Stock. He was also a fan of UW Wisconsin football. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time “up north”.

Richard is survived by: his wife, Bonnie; 3 children, Michelle (Doug) Anderson of Genoa City, WI, Debbie (Andy) Seitz of Union Grove, WI and Kari (Grant) Strobel of Waterford, WI; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt Eisenzimmer) Cramer, Taylor and Lexie Cramer and Cole and Ava Strobel; 1 brother, George T. (Ginette) Mueller of Twin Lakes, WI and a sister in law, Jan Mosley of Twin Lakes. Richard is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister in law, Joseph and Norma Mueller.

The Mueller Family will receive friends from 4:00PM until 7:00PM on Monday, Oct. 29, 2018 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home, 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 701 N. Lake Ave. Twin Lakes, WI. Interment with Military Honors will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
