Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Schluter-Balik Funeral Home, 604 South Ave in Decorah, IA, followed by a Celebration of life service and sharing of stories at 6:00 p.m., with Rev. Richard Simon Hanson presiding.

Burial will be in the spring at Phelps Cemetery in Decorah. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Northeast Iowa, 2345 Millennium Road, Decorah, IA 52101 in memory of Dick.
