Obituary for Richard E Traylor Richard Traylor, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, after a brief illness. He is survived by two sons, Richard Jr. (Kathleen), and Gary (Karen); three grandsons, Daniel, Curtis, and Keith; sister, Marie, and many dear friends. Richard was born in Lynchburg, Virginia.

He married his childhood sweetheart Fran where they enjoyed 57 years of marriage until Fran’s death in 2014. Together Richard and Fran shared a joy of the outdoors. Richard was an Environmental Coordinator with the United States Government and had an extensive career in managing the impacts of numerous projects on the natural res in the United States.
