RICHARD H. WHITE Of Baldwin Township, on Friday, February 8, 2019. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Kenna); father of Carol Harbison, Susan (James) Gally and Linda (Chris) Wagner; also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, February 13, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home.

Dick was the retired Chief of Police for Baldwin Township. He served for 30 years, 18 as Chief, retiring in 1995. His memberships included the PA Chiefs of Police Association, Western PA Chiefs of Police Association, Allegheny County Chiefs of Police Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police.

He loved the game of golf, and he was a wonderful husband for over 66 years, father and “Pa Pa”.
