He is survived by his wife of 46years Mary McIntosh of Purcellville, VA; son Rusty McIntosh of Purcellville, VA; daughter Misty Thompson (Chuck) of Strasburg, VA; two sisters Ruth Crouch of Mississippi and Margaret Garrett of South Carolina. Memorial contributions can be sent to Blue Ridge Hospice, 151 W. Main St. Purcellville, VA 20132.
