Obituary for Richard Joe “Dick” Hall Richard “Dick” Joe Hall passed away peacefully in his sleep June 13, 2018 at the Banner Hospital, Payson, AZ at the age of 85. He was born in Vernal, UT October 26, 1932. He is survived by his wife Evalee Joyce Hall of 45 years, sisters Sharon Johnson, Shirley & (Curtis) Zabel, Starlynn & (Red) Hinkle; sons, Richard Hall, Scott & (Terry) Hall, Kevin Hall, Clint & (Monica) Schulze; daughters, Robin Tatton, Kristin & (Terry) Barlow, 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Claude & Ester Hall, brother Robert (Bob) Hall, daughter Cindy, and daughter in law Kaye Hall. Dick retired from the Colorado Highway Department after 31 years of service. He lived in Maybell, Pueblo and Alamosa, CO.

Then Dick and Evalee moved to Pine AZ in 1993 after he built a home there. He will be missed by his family and friends. Services will be held at noon, June 19, 2018 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 4159 N. Hwy 87 and Pine Creek Canyon Rd.
